This is the most selfish and biggest idiots in this area so far, this is not a one off kind, I have personnally seen this car parked this way for countless times (I believe everyday). It parked this way so that others will have difficulty and cannot not park on that side. It use to parked out of the line and I believe it has been fined by the authority and now it always park on the line, and the authority cannot do anything about it. Well? But we can!
